I read the reviews… A few of them at least… But if you read more, you’re going to see a recurring theme. The front desk staff are some of the more apathetic people I’ve ever seen work as a group in the hotel industry. Led by Denecia they stare you down with out greeting or any type of semblance of a smile. Almost makes you feel like you’re working for them. Go to your room, come across one of the housekeeping staff who do a great job, they are as friendly as can be. Maintenance friendly, every single person behind the desk you could tell didn’t really want to be there and certainly didn’t want to help customers. The place is clean if you want to drive back-and-forth to the beach it’s great. Breakfast is good for what it is. This place would be so much better with a smile. Hello, how was your day? Everything OK with your room, sir? Let us know if you need anything! Nope, none of that. How many reviews about this one item until it is aggress because if they get friendly the place is going to have a lot of repeat business. Period. Promise people reconsider because of this alone when they visit back to PCB.
